Check-In / Key Handover
Check-In: from 3pm
The access to the holiday apartment is keyless via the “Nuki” app. Simply download the app from your app store and enter the invitation codes.
After we have received your registration and ID details, we will send you the Nuki invitation codes – one code for the main entrance and one for the apartment door.
With these, you can use your smartphone to open both doors independently.
Please note: The main entrance lock makes a quiet clicking sound rather than buzzing – once you hear the click, push the door open.
No worries – the app is intuitive and includes a demo to guide you through its functions.
One big advantage for you: You can enjoy a 24-hour check-in without us being present (however, due to cleaning, check-in is only possible from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival at the earliest).
If you check in late, please just be mindful of the noise level so as not to disturb the neighbors.
If you've booked additional services, check-in and check-out times may vary. For an additional fee, physical keys can be handed over in person.
