When turning into the residential area, please pay attention to the 30 km/h speed limit and later to playing children. Although this is not a designated play street, many children often play here on the quiet and somewhat secluded streets. Please drive carefully and watch out for children.
After leaving the roundabout at the third exit, you will see house number 37 after approximately 25 meters on the right-hand side.
For loading and unloading, we recommend parking briefly right in front of the door.
Public parking spaces are located directly behind the building on the right-hand side on the roadside. If possible, please pay attention to the markings of the parking spaces.
The parking space belonging to the apartment is located directly to the right next to the ramp leading to the basement, next to the garbage bin area. The other parking spaces directly in front of the building belong to the other owners.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor on the right (elevator shows "2" due to ground floor level).
